Synopsis: Yes, it’s another one of those (in)famous good-vs-evil, apocalypse now, demons-wings-and-vampires-oh-my! fics.  Or, a “fangirl orgy of pretty boys,” as it includes a cast of about 15 bands.  Te guys (and their significant others in most cases) travel to an ethereal plain, the Marrshrieq, to combat the forces of Evil and decide the fate of Mankind.

Synopsis: Japan has collapsed into ruin, the “restructured” Diet has been purged of all dissidents and as such as gained near-absolute power over the nation and its people, plunging society into a closed-bordered class-based hierarchy. As we know, absolute power corrupts absolutely, but how far can a society be pushed before it starts pushing back?

Notes: Side chapters focus on brief interludes with Masa and Kai, once they’ve left Japan. Some names are out-of-date with regard to children and marriages of other characters, as the story was begun before things changed.  Further notes provided in chapter links.
